Quik then recognises the card is from a Hero10, and allows image download directly from the card reader. I've tried several different options, but the one that works best for me is (as others have mentioned) to remove the memory card, and use a card reader.
I had been using the Quik for Windows Desktop app as that was what I used on my older cameras, (Hero 3, 4, 6, etc) but when I plug in my Hero 10, it just gives me a blank camera window. I along with many others here have been having issues with my new GoPro 10.
